After our children
developed severe eczema we started the process of
eliminating foods from our diet and then
would reintroduce then back into our diet one at a time.
This has been a long difficult process because once our
children reacted to a food we would need to let them
heal before we could try another. This process lead us to
a gluten and dairy free diet which we have been on
for the last eight years.
When we went looking
for recipes we found them difficult to find and even
more difficult to cook. So we decided to
develop a cook book as part of a home school project
and because we know how hard it is to find gluten
and dairy free recipes that taste good.
We hope you enjoy our
